Terms and conditions

This is an English translation for your convenience. In case of any difference, the Dutch version (algemene voorwaarden) applies.

2. When do these terms apply?

These terms apply to every appointment, session, reading, cleansing, advice and mediation by puurmadelon, with individuals and with businesses. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.

3. My guidance

• I always do my very best for you. I cannot promise a specific result: what you do with the insights is your own choice and responsibility.
• My guidance is complementary and does not replace medical or psychological care. If you have health complaints, always (also) see your GP or another care provider. Never stop a treatment or medication based on a session.
• I give financial, tax and legal advice based on the information you give me. Please make sure it is complete and correct.
• In mediation I am independent and help all parties reach a solution together. The parties make the decisions themselves.
• Are you under 18? Then I need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Appointments, cancelling and rescheduling

• An appointment is fixed once I have confirmed it to you, for example via WhatsApp.
• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• If you cancel later or don't show up, I may charge the full rate.
• If I have to cancel an appointment myself, I will let you know as soon as possible and we'll find a new moment together, at no extra cost.

5. Rates and payment

• The rates are listed on this website. The rate that applied when you booked remains valid.
• Travel costs may apply for appointments on location. I will discuss this with you in advance.
• You pay directly after the session, or within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
• If you don't pay on time, I'll first send a reminder. After that I may charge statutory interest and collection costs.

6. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me stays between us. I don't pass anything on to others, unless you give permission or the law requires it. How I handle your data is explained in the privacy statement.

7. Liability

I am not liable for decisions you make based on a session or advice. Should I be liable after all, this is limited to the amount you paid for the appointment concerned. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Complaints

Not happy with something? Please let me know as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days, via puurmadelon@outlook.com or WhatsApp. I will respond within 14 days and work with you on a good solution.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements with puurmadelon.
