Privacy statement

Who am I?

This privacy statement applies to the website puurmadelon.nl and to all services of puurmadelon. I am responsible for processing your personal data myself:

What data do I process?

I only process the data you give me yourself, for example when you send a WhatsApp message, call, email or book an appointment:

• your name and contact details (phone number, email address and, for an appointment on location, your address);
• the date, time and type of appointment;
• what you tell me about your question or situation, and for a photo reading the photo you send;
• details needed for payment and the invoice.

What you share with me in a session can be very personal. I handle it with care and in confidence, and only record what is truly necessary.

What do I use your data for?

• to stay in touch with you and schedule an appointment;
• to carry out the session or advice properly;
• to invoice and keep my accounts.

I do this because it is necessary to perform our agreement, and for my accounts because the law requires it. I never use your data for advertising and never sell it to anyone.

How long do I keep your data?

I don't keep your data longer than necessary. Personal information from a session and photos for a photo reading are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed, at the latest one year after our last contact, unless you ask me to keep them longer. Invoices and accounts are kept for 7 years, as required by the Dutch Tax Administration.

Who do I share your data with?

I don't share your data with others, unless it is needed to do my work or the law requires it. I use a few services that may process data along the way:

• WhatsApp (Meta) for scheduling appointments and contact. Messages are end-to-end encrypted. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can also call or email.
• Outlook (Microsoft) for email.
• The hosting provider of this website, which is technically required to show the site.

Cookies and visit data

This website uses no cookies: no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. That is why you won't see a cookie banner. The fonts are hosted on this server, so no data is sent to Google or other parties when you view the site.

As with any website, the hosting provider may temporarily log technical data for security, such as your IP address and the time of your visit. I don't use this data to track you.

Security

I take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (https), password-protected devices and recording as little personal information as possible.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I hold about you, and ask me to correct, delete or transfer it to you. Just send a message or email to puurmadelon@outlook.com. I will respond within one month.

Not happy with how I handle your data? Please let me know first, so we can find a solution together. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
